Basic protection function
Impact protection: The lens material needs to withstand high-speed impact to prevent flying stones or debris from damaging the eyes (common materials such as polycarbonate).
Anti-wind and sand design: Sealed or fitted structures reduce airflow intrusion and prevent sand and dust from entering the eyes, causing blurred vision or operational interference.
Anti-ultraviolet (UV) filtering: Most lenses have a UV400 protective layer that blocks more than 99% of ultraviolet rays and reduces the long-term damage of strong light to vision.

Environmental adaptability optimization
Anti-fog technology: The inside of the lens uses a hydrophobic coating or ventilation micropores to balance the temperature difference between the inside and outside and inhibit fog condensation (especially in rain, snow or low temperature environments). Light adjustment ability: Some lenses are suitable for color-changing or replaceable lens systems (such as light/dark/light-enhancing lenses) to cope with day and night alternation or changeable weather.

Ergonomics and comfort
Lightweight structure: TR90 nylon or flexible plastic is often used for the frame to reduce facial pressure and adapt to the helmet lining.
Fit-fit design: The curved lenses expand the peripheral field of vision, and the nose pads and temples are adjustable, compatible with different face shapes and helmets.

Safety certification and standards
Mainstream products must comply with regional safety regulations (such as EU EN 1938 and US ANSI Z87.1), covering tests such as impact resistance and optical distortion control.

Applicable scene expansion
In addition to road riding, it also covers complex terrains such as off-road and exploration. Some models can be used on full or half helmets.

Maintenance and life management
The lenses need to be cleaned regularly to avoid scratches, and avoid high temperature deformation during storage; if there is obvious wear or the protective layer falls off, it is recommended to replace it to maintain performance.
