UVA/UVB Blocking TAC Dyed Polarized Sun Lens

UVA/UVB Blocking TAC Dyed Polarized Sun Lens is a triacetate cellulose polarized sun lens made by dyeing process and multi-layer optical technology. Its core design integrates full-band UV blocking function and high-efficiency polarized filtering technology, aiming to protect against harmful UV radiation while significantly eliminating reflected glare from surfaces such as water, snow and road, providing users with visual clarity and all-weather eye protection that meets optical standards.

Product Core Features

100% UVA/UVB Full Protection
The lens uses deep UV absorption material to block UV radiation with a wavelength of ≤380nm, which meets the ISO 12312-1 international standard for eye protection and effectively prevents light-induced eye diseases such as corneal damage and cataracts caused by long-term UV exposure.

High-precision polarized filtering technology
Built-in vertical directional polarized film layer, directional filtering of strong reflected light incident in the horizontal direction (such as glare on the water surface, glass, and metal surface), glare elimination rate ≥99%, greatly improving visual contrast and color saturation in strong light environments.

Optical advantages of TAC substrate
Using triacetylcellulose as the base material, it has excellent optical uniformity (refractive index 1.48) and low birefringence, effectively suppressing imaging distortion; it also has lightweight (density 1.3g/cm³) and impact-resistant physical properties.

Precise light control by dyeing process
The lens body is colored through the dip-dyeing process to ensure uniform color distribution and no risk of coating peeling; it supports multi-gradient transmittance customization (usually 8%-40%) to adapt to the lighting needs of diversified scenes such as driving and outdoor sports.

Anti-fatigue visual optimization
The polarization layer and the UV blocking layer work together to reduce the stress response of the retina and relieve visual fatigue under long-term strong light exposure, especially suitable for highly reflective environments (such as skiing, fishing, and driving).
