Anti-fingerprint high toughness nylon polarized sun lens adopts high-performance polyamide (Nylon) substrate, embeds high-efficiency polarizing layer through precision optical process, and covers with organic silicon nano-composite anti-fingerprint coating. The thickness of the lens is strictly controlled in the range of 1.8-2.0mm, and three standard diameter specifications of 70mm/73mm/75mm are provided. It has excellent impact resistance, optical clarity and lasting surface cleanliness, and is designed for high-intensity outdoor use scenarios.

Engineering-grade nylon substrate
The polyamide (Nylon) optical material is selected, which has natural high toughness and excellent deformation resistance. Its molecular structure gives the lens excellent impact resistance (in line with ANSI Z80.3 impact resistance standard), effectively resisting external impact and daily wear.

Precision polarization technology
The built-in directional polarization filter can eliminate more than 99% of the reflected glare on the water surface, snow and road surface, improve color contrast and visual comfort, meet the EN ISO 12312-1 polarization performance standard, and ensure outdoor visual authenticity.

Nano-level anti-fingerprint coating
The surface is coated with an oleophobic and hydrophobic coating by vapor deposition process, which significantly reduces the surface energy (contact angle>110°), inhibits fingerprint adhesion and enhances the easy cleaning of oil stains, and maintains the lens transmittance (>98.5%) and aesthetics for a long time.

High toughness and thin design
The notch impact strength of ≥100kJ/m² is maintained at an ultra-thin thickness of 1.8-2.0mm. The balance between lightweight and mechanical strength is achieved by optimizing the molecular cross-linking structure, which greatly reduces the load of the frame.

Multi-size precision adaptation
Three precision grinding diameters of 70mm/73mm/75mm are provided, which are compatible with mainstream sports and optical frames, and the tolerance is controlled within ±0.05mm to ensure assembly stability and consistency of edge optical performance.

Enhanced environmental tolerance
The substrate temperature resistance range is -30℃ to 120℃, and the weather resistance of the coating effectively resists ultraviolet aging and erosion in a hot and humid environment. The performance stability of >500 hours is verified by the QUV accelerated aging test.
