Nylon lightweight high transmittance anti-reflection polarized sun lens

Nylon lightweight high transmittance anti-reflection polarized sun lens uses engineering-grade nylon substrate, combines precision optical coating and polarization filtering technology, and is designed for high-performance scenes that pursue extreme visual clarity and comfort. While maintaining ultra-lightweight characteristics, it achieves a visible light transmittance of >92% and effectively blocks more than 99% of harmful ultraviolet rays. The multi-layer anti-reflection coating significantly suppresses glare on the inner and outer surfaces of the lens, and the directional polarization layer eliminates messy reflected light, providing users with a distortion-free, high-contrast visual experience.

Core Features
Nylon substrate lightweight structure
Using thermoplastic polyamide (nylon) optical material, the density is lower than that of traditional resin lenses, and the weight per unit area is reduced by ≥15%
It has excellent impact resistance (in line with ANSI Z87.1 industrial protection standards) and high temperature deformation resistance (Vicat softening point >150℃)

High transmittance polarization filtering system
The transmittance in the visible light band reaches 92%±2% (ISO 12312-1 standard), surpassing conventional polarized lenses (usually <85%)
Directional polarizing film can block reflected light waves in a specific direction, eliminating strong glare on surfaces such as water, snow, and road (polarization efficiency >99%)

Multi-layer broadband anti-reflection coating
Vacuum deposition of 7-9 layers of nano-level optical coating, achieving an average reflectivity of <0.8% in the 380-780nm band
Effectively suppress ghosting and double-image phenomena, and enhance visual acuity in low-light environments (especially suitable for dusk/tunnel scenes)

Full-band UV protection
100% blocking of UVA/UVB radiation (blocking rate of bands below 380nm >99.9%), in line with ISO 12312-1:2013(E) category requirements
The native UV protection properties of the substrate avoid the attenuation of protective performance caused by coating wear
